We now offer a remote support service. With this service we are able to remotely log on your PC with your permission and perform minor fixes to your Windows environment.This service is charged at only £10 + VAT for upto 15 minutes of support time. (£10 for every 15 minute session)
The remote support program that we use is secure and can be requested by calling our offices on 01525 840291 to book a session.
You will then be contacted to confirm your session time. Our engineer will call prior to the scheduled session and you will be instructed how to obtain a user id and password by clicking on our "Support Session" icon.
Should our engineer be unable to resolve you PC problem you then have the option to book the faulty equipment into our workshop or request a site visit by an engineer. Workshop time is charged at £40 + VAT per hour and on-site time is charged at £50 + VAT per hour.
This remote service is only available from Mon to Fri 9.00am - 5.00pm
